I’ve had a successful career with the opportunity to work in elite sport for over 20 years as a sports physiotherapist. I’ve worked with amazing athletes all over the world. It’s an exhilarating world and there is nothing else quite like it. I have done interviews, podcasts and articles addressing the power of being a clinician and working with elite athletes and how I work to help them accomplish their goals on the field, court, pool. Now I want to do that for this stage of your career.
In addition to being a sports physiotherapist, I am also a mom of twin 6 year old girls and a 4 year old boy who were a long time coming, but are the joys of my life. Motherhood is the hardest and most rewarding thing I have ever done. I am married to an amazing Aussie who is so supportive of me and the only way I have been able to have the career I have. I love to travel, cook, learn and I read A LOT!
I am also a bad sleeper, horrible at meditating and often have feelings of overwhelm. I am a woman trying every day to be just a little bit better and to learn how to turn my many failures and shortcomings into lessons learned.
